Score bridge risk along a linear corridor (highway, railway).

Interpolates points along a route defined by waypoints, scores each
point, and identifies hotspots of consecutive high-risk segments.

Required field: ``waypoints`` -- array of ``{lat, lon}`` objects (min 2).
Optional fields: ``spacing_km`` (default 1.0), ``hotspot_threshold`` (default 50).
