Compute site velocity from GNSS position time series.

Downloads daily position solutions from the Nevada Geodetic Lab,
fits a trajectory model (linear velocity + optional seasonal),
and returns the estimated velocity vector with uncertainties.
**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

Parameters
----------
station : str
    4-character GNSS station code (e.g. P034, WDCB).
days : int
    Duration of time series to analyse (default 365).
fit_seasonal : bool
    Include annual + semi-annual seasonal terms (default True).

## Query parameters

- `station` string, required: 4-character GNSS station code (e.g. 'P034')
- `days` integer: Number of days of data to use (default 365)
- `fit_seasonal` boolean: Include annual + semi-annual seasonal fit (default True)
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
