Search GNSS stations near a location from EarthScope/NGL.

Queries the Nevada Geodetic Lab station catalogue for permanent
GNSS/GPS stations within the specified radius. Returns station
metadata including coordinates and distance from query center.
**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

Parameters
----------
lat : float
    Center latitude (WGS84).
lon : float
    Center longitude (WGS84).
radius_deg : float
    Maximum search radius in degrees (default 2).
min_years : int
    Minimum years of data required (default 2).

## Query parameters

- `lat` number, required: Center latitude for geographic search
- `lon` number, required: Center longitude for geographic search
- `radius_deg` number: Search radius in degrees (default 2)
- `min_years` integer: Minimum years of data (default 2)
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
