Mogi point-source inversion for volcanic inflation/deflation.

Fits a pressurized spherical point source (Mogi, 1958) to
observed station velocity vectors to estimate source location,
depth, and volume change rate. Requires >= 4 stations.
**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

Parameters (JSON body):
- station_lat : list[float] -- Station latitudes (degrees)
- station_lon : list[float] -- Station longitudes (degrees)
- north_vel : list[float] -- North velocity components (mm/yr)
- east_vel : list[float] -- East velocity components (mm/yr)
- up_vel : list[float] -- Vertical velocity components (mm/yr)
- depth_range : list[float] -- [min, max] depth search range (km, default [1, 20])

Returns source location (lat/lon), depth, volume change rate,
and residual RMS.
