Run the full data fusion pipeline.

Scans all output JSONs, builds a time-aligned feature matrix,
discovers cross-vertical correlations, detects anomalies,
and optionally trains prediction models.

Returns pipeline results including feature matrix stats,
significant correlations, and anomaly flags.
