Extract Rayleigh-wave dispersion curve from train passage recordings.

Applies frequency-time analysis (FTAN) or multi-channel
analysis of surface waves (MASW) to train-generated
waveforms to extract phase-velocity vs. frequency
dispersion.

- frequencies_hz : list[float] -- Target frequencies in Hz (required)
