Detect normalized squared deviation (NSD) anomalies in radon data.

Applies the NSD method to identify statistically significant
excursions in radon concentration that may indicate tectonic
stress changes.

Parameters (JSON body):
- radon_bq : list[float] -- Radon concentration in Bq/m3
- threshold_sigma : float -- Detection threshold in sigma (default 2.0)
