Retrain both rock type classifier and geothermal predictor.

Generates fresh synthetic training data and retrains the
GradientBoosting models from scratch. Saves updated models to
disk.

Parameters (JSON body):
- n_rock_samples : int -- Rock classifier training size (default 10000).
- n_geothermal_samples : int -- Geothermal predictor training size
    (default 5000).
- seed : int -- Random seed (default 42).

Returns training metrics for both models including accuracy,
cross-validation scores, and feature importances.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
