Assess geothermal potential from MT sounding data.

Trains or loads the geothermal potential predictor and evaluates
the provided resistivity model for signatures of geothermal
activity (conductive caps, low-resistivity reservoirs, etc.).
**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

Parameters (JSON body):
- resistivity_profile : list[float] -- Resistivity values (ohm-m)
    for each layer (required).
- layer_thicknesses_m : list[float] -- Layer thicknesses in meters
    (required, length = len(resistivity_profile) - 1).
- n_samples : int -- Training data size (default 500).
- seed : int -- Random seed (default 42).

Returns geothermal potential score, classification, and
supporting indicators.
