Real-time lightning data from NOAA GLM (Geostationary Lightning Mapper).

Returns flash-level lightning data from the last N minutes using
GOES-16/17/18 satellite GLM sensors. Includes flash locations,
optical energies, flash density hot-spots, and summary statistics.

Data source: NOAA GOES GLM L2 LCFA via AWS Open Data (FREE, no auth).
Coverage: Western Hemisphere (GOES-16), Pacific (GOES-17/18).
Temporal resolution: ~20 second files.

## Query parameters

- `minutes` integer: Minutes of recent data (5-360)
- `satellite` string: Satellite: goes16, goes17, goes18
