Flash density for a geographic region from NOAA GLM.

Computes lightning flash density around a lat/lon point within
a given radius. Returns regional flash count, density grid,
hot-spots, and statistics from GLM satellite observations.

Radius is specified in km and converted to degrees internally
(~111 km/degree at equator).

Data source: NOAA GOES GLM L2 LCFA via AWS Open Data (FREE).

## Query parameters

- `lat` number, required: Center latitude
- `lon` number, required: Center longitude
- `radius` number: Radius in km
- `minutes` integer: Time window in minutes
- `satellite` string: Satellite: goes16, goes17, goes18
