Search FCC-licensed AM broadcast stations within a bounding box.

Returns station call signs, coordinates, frequency, and transmitter
power.  Higher-power stations provide stronger subsurface
illumination and are preferred for passive GPR surveys.

## Query parameters

- `min_lat` number, required: Bounding-box minimum latitude
- `max_lat` number, required: Bounding-box maximum latitude
- `min_lon` number, required: Bounding-box minimum longitude
- `max_lon` number, required: Bounding-box maximum longitude
- `power_kw_min` number: Minimum transmitter power in kW (default 1.0)
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
