Compute electromagnetic skin depth for given ground properties.

The skin depth is the depth at which the EM field amplitude
decays to 1/e of its surface value.  This determines the
maximum investigation depth for a given AM frequency and
ground conductivity.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

## Query parameters

- `frequency_hz` number, required: EM frequency in Hz (e.g. 1000000 for 1 MHz)
- `conductivity_s_m` number, required: Ground conductivity in S/m
- `permittivity` number: Relative dielectric permittivity (default 10)
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
