Detect the water table from a conductivity-vs-depth model.

The saturated zone produces a sharp conductivity contrast that
is detectable in the passive AM GPR inversion.  This endpoint
locates that boundary and estimates confidence.

Parameters (JSON body):
- conductivity_model : dict -- Conductivity-vs-depth model (required)
- expected_depth_m : float -- Expected water table depth in metres (required)
