Given a transmitter location, operating frequency, and target
investigation depth, computes the recommended receiver spacing,
array aperture, and layout geometry.

Parameters (JSON body):

- transmitter_lon : float -- Transmitter longitude (required)
- freq_khz : float -- AM frequency in kHz (required)
- target_depth_m : float -- Target investigation depth in metres (required)
