`POST /api/v1/forensic/environmental/batch`

Batch environmental reconstruction for multiple locations -- NOT COMPUTED.

Each location returns its regional baseline table values and null
for every date-specific observation; batch aggregates are null.
Not evidence; not offered for due diligence or litigation.
