Full flywheel transfer entropy analysis at a location.

Computes pairwise transfer entropy between all 8 channels,
extracts causal chains, network entropy, coupling asymmetry,
and per-tank predictability.  Returns all 12 ML features
plus optional full TE matrix.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

  - `include_te_matrix` boolean: Include full 8x8 transfer entropy matrix
