Free read: PUBLISHED scored results -- Brier score and Brier Skill
Score vs the climatology baseline, per model per CLOSED window. This is
where forecast skill is published (nulls included), deliberately separate
from the chain's integrity view (which excludes outcomes). Empty until the
first monthly window closes; the scoring cron writes these artifacts.
