Detect and quantify gas flaring and emissions for a location.

Uses VIIRS Nightfire satellite imagery to detect industrial gas
flares, estimate methane/CO2e emissions, and assign ESG scores.

Required fields: ``lat``, ``lon``
Optional fields: ``radius_km`` (default 50), ``days_back``
(default 7, max 10)

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
