Surface recent novel patterns found by the Discovery Engine.

Six modules find things we didn't think to look for:
autoencoder anomaly, earth-surprise (KL), Bayesian change-point,
mutual-information network, sparse dictionary, topological state.

This endpoint summarises their combined recent output -- new
correlations, novel feature clusters, anomalous tensor epochs.
