`POST /api/v1/data/economic/forecast`

Generate ML forecast with anomaly detection for a series.

Uses Holt's double exponential smoothing for forecasting and
rolling z-score for anomaly detection.

The forecast includes predicted values, confidence intervals,
and flagged anomalies in the historical data.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

  - `series_id` string, required: FRED or BLS series ID
  - `horizon` integer: Forecast periods
  - `anomaly_threshold` number: Z-score threshold
  - `observation_start` string, nullable: Start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
