Detect earthquakes and pick P-wave arrivals in YOUR DAS record.

Runs the STA/LTA early-warning detector (das.submarine.earthquake_early_warning)
on the record the caller supplies in `data` (samples x channels, sample interval
`dt`, channel spacing `dx`), then the P-wave residual picker with Isolation-Forest
false-trigger rejection. The picker was trained ONLY on synthetic feature vectors
and has not been validated on real records -- its output carries that label.

No `data` -> HTTP 422. Until 2026-10-14 this endpoint ignored the caller and
"detected" a P-wave it had injected into a seeded synthetic record, unlabelled.

Requires API key.

## Request body

- DASPredictRequest: DAS analysis request -- computed ONLY from the caller's `data`. Until 2026-10-14 there was no `data` field: the endpoints analysed server-generated noise (and, for earthquake-detect / classify, an injected synthetic event).
