Full virtual quantum cosmic-ray / muon flux analysis.

Combines NMDB neutron monitor networks, ground muon stations,
seismic noise correlations, GNSS TEC ionospheric data, and
power-grid GIC monitoring into a composite muon flux estimate
approximating a quantum muon detector (SSPD/SiPM array).
