Schuster tidal-phase test for eruption catalog -- NOT COMPUTED: returns null with the reason (2026-10-14).

Tests the null hypothesis that eruption timing is random with
respect to the specified tidal constituent.  A small p-value
(< 0.05) suggests statistically significant tidal modulation.

Based on Schuster (1897) and Hamilton (1973) tidal triggering
hypothesis for volcanic eruptions.
