Returns pairwise Pearson R matrix, maximum cross-tectonic correlation,
cluster assignment, and ML features for downstream prediction.

- VolcanoCorrelateRequest: Request body for pairwise volcano correlation analysis.
  - `volcano_ids` string[], required: List of volcano identifiers (Smithsonian VNUM or name strings)
  - `window_days` integer: Lookback window in days for correlation computation (30-365)
  - `metric` string: Correlation metric: seismicity, deformation, so2_flux, thermal
