Detect correlation anomalies vs historical baseline -- NOT COMPUTED: returns null with the reason (2026-10-14).

Compares current pairwise correlations against a longer baseline
period.  Returns anomalous pairs exceeding the sigma threshold,
cluster assignments, and an overall alert level.

- AnomalyDetectRequest: Request body for correlation anomaly detection.
  - `volcano_ids` string[], required: List of volcano identifiers to monitor
  - `baseline_days` integer: Baseline period in days for establishing normal correlations
  - `sigma_threshold` number: Anomaly threshold in standard deviations above baseline (1.0-5.0)
