Tidal strain analysis at a location.

Request body:
    lat (float): Latitude in decimal degrees.
    lon (float): Longitude in decimal degrees.
    days (int, optional): Days of analysis (default 30).
    earthquakes (list, optional): Earthquake catalog -- list of
        dicts with 'time' (ISO 8601), 'magnitude', 'depth_km'.
    constituent (str, optional): Tidal constituent (default M2).

Returns tidal strain, Schuster test results, tidal dv/v,
criticality assessment, and ML features.
