Subaudio anomaly probability + composite score.

Returns a normalised anomaly probability based on the magnitude
of the gravity-wave z, pressure-amplitude excursion, bolide
activity, and pressure-EQ coupling.  Falls back to a rule-based
score when the trained classifier is not yet available.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

- SubaudioForecastRequest: Request body for the anomaly forecast endpoint.
  - `lat` number, required: Latitude (WGS-84)
  - `lon` number, required: Longitude (WGS-84)
  - `duration_min` integer: Lookback minutes
  - `eq_count_24h` integer: Recent regional EQ count
