  - `vehicle_type` string: Vehicle type: falcon_9, starship, vulcan, ariane_6, h3, soyuz, generic
  - `launch_window_start` string, nullable: Window start (ISO 8601), default now
  - `launch_window_end` string, nullable: Window end (ISO 8601), default +48h
