Generate spatial resistivity map from multiple stations.

Requires at least 3 stations. Interpolates apparent resistivity
across the survey area.

Parameters
----------
stations : list of dict
    Each dict has ``lat``, ``lon``, and optionally ``name``.
hours : int
    Hours of data per station (default 24).

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
