Scan a geographic region for archaeological prospects.

Evaluates a grid of points within the bounding box and returns
ranked prospects above the specified threshold.  Grid step of
0.01 deg gives ~1.1 km resolution; 0.05 deg gives ~5.5 km.

WARNING: Large regions at fine resolution may be slow.  Recommend
max ~1 deg x 1 deg at 0.01 step (~10,000 cells).

- RegionScanRequest: Request body for regional archaeological prospectivity scan.
  - `north` number, required: Northern boundary latitude (WGS-84)
  - `south` number, required: Southern boundary latitude (WGS-84)
  - `east` number, required: Eastern boundary longitude (WGS-84)
  - `west` number, required: Western boundary longitude (WGS-84)
  - `grid_step` number: Grid spacing in degrees (~1.1 km at 0.01, ~5.5 km at 0.05)
  - `threshold` number: Minimum prospectivity score to include in results (0-1)
  - `top_n` integer: Maximum number of top prospects to return
