# Marketplace Submit

`POST /api/v1/cross/prediction-marketplace/submit`

Submit a new geophysical prediction to the marketplace.

The prediction is timestamped and anchored to the SHA-256 hash chain
for tamper-proof provenance.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

## Query parameters

- `x_api_key` string, nullable

## Request body

- PredictionSubmitRequest: Request body for submitting a geophysical prediction.
  - `researcher_id` string, required: Unique researcher identifier (e.g. R-0001)
  - `prediction_type` string, required: Prediction category: EARTHQUAKE, VOLCANO, TSUNAMI, WEATHER_EXTREME, LANDSLIDE, SINKHOLE, FLOOD, WILDFIRE
  - `lat` number, required: Predicted event latitude (WGS-84)
  - `lon` number, required: Predicted event longitude (WGS-84)
  - `radius_km` number: Spatial uncertainty radius in km
  - `magnitude_min` number, nullable: Minimum expected magnitude (e.g. Richter for earthquakes)
  - `probability` number, required: Forecast probability (0-1)
  - `valid_from` string, required: Prediction validity start (ISO 8601 UTC)
  - `valid_until` string, required: Prediction validity end (ISO 8601 UTC)
  - `methodology_hash` string, nullable: SHA-256 hash of methodology description for IP protection
