Discriminate a single seismic event as earthquake or explosion.

Combines multiple forensic seismology discriminants into a weighted
explosion probability score.  At minimum, mb and ms are required.
Additional discriminants improve confidence.

## Query parameters

- `mb` number, required: Body-wave magnitude (short-period, ~1 Hz)
- `ms` number, required: Surface-wave magnitude (long-period, ~20 s)
- `depth_km` number: Source depth in km
- `ps_ratio` number: P/S amplitude ratio
- `spectral_slope` number: Log-log spectral slope
- `corner_freq_hz` number: Source corner frequency (Hz)
- `isotropic_fraction` number: Isotropic moment tensor fraction (0-1)
- `complexity` number: Waveform complexity index (0-1)
- `lat` number: Event latitude for test site proximity check
- `lon` number: Event longitude for test site proximity check
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
