Per-station diagnostic.

Returns the raw M2 phase delay, inferred Q, fit quality, and
all per-station diagnostics from the LS fit.  Useful for
operator-side debugging of low Q (probably ocean-loading-
correction issue) or low fit_quality (insufficient data).

## Query parameters

- `station` string, required: IGETS station key (e.g. 'wettzell', 'moxa')
- `window_days` integer: LS-fit window (days; min 14, max 365)
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
