Compute shallow Vs profile from lightning seismic arrivals.

Uses recent lightning strikes as impulsive seismic sources
and nearby Raspberry Shake stations as receivers.  Inverts
travel times for average near-surface shear-wave velocity.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing). Requires pro tier or above.

  - `lon` number, required: Longitude (WGS-84)
  - `radius_km` number: Station search radius in km
  - `hours` integer: Lightning look-back window in hours
  - `vs_dry_baseline` number, nullable: Dry-condition baseline Vs (m/s) for saturation estimation
