Spatial LAIC index map for a region.

Computes LAIC index on a grid around the centre point to show
spatial distribution of precursor anomalies.

Parameters
----------
center_lat : float
    Centre latitude (-90 to 90).
center_lon : float
    Centre longitude (-180 to 180).
radius_km : float
    Search radius in km (default 500, max 2000).
grid_points : int
    Grid resolution per axis (default 25, max 50).
