Compute current LAIC earthquake precursor index for a location.

Fuses TEC anomaly, Schumann resonance anomaly, and GNSS strain
rate into a composite index (0-1) with confidence and estimated
precursor timing.

Parameters
----------
lat : float
    Latitude (-90 to 90).
lon : float
    Longitude (-180 to 180).
days : int
    Days of historical data for baseline (default 30).

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).
