Compute Vs30 site classification at a location using ambient noise CCF.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing). Requires authentication.
Returns the stored Vs30 estimate and NEHRP site class nearest the point
(within 50 km), or null with data_real 0 and the reason when none is stored.
(Until 2026-10-14 a miss became a seeded synthetic "modeled estimate".)

- Vs30Request: Request Vs30 site classification at a location.
  - `lat` number, required: Latitude in decimal degrees (-90 to 90)
  - `lon` number, required: Longitude in decimal degrees (-180 to 180)
  - `max_depth_m` number: Maximum depth for Vs inversion (m)
