Generate gridded Vs30 GeoJSON map around a location.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing). Requires authentication.
Returns a GeoJSON FeatureCollection of the STORED Vs30 grid points (vs_grid)
within radius_km; resolution_km is not applied -- stored points are returned
at their own spacing. No stored points -> an empty collection, data_real 0 and
the reason. (Until 2026-10-14 every point was a seeded sin(latitude) model.)

## Query parameters

- `lat` number, required: Center latitude
- `lon` number, required: Center longitude
- `radius_km` number: Grid radius in km
- `resolution_km` number: Grid spacing in km
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
