`POST /api/v1/cross/interferometry/pairs`

Find active station pairs near a location.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing). Requires authentication.
Returns station pairs within radius, sorted by inter-station distance.
Tries real FDSN station discovery first, falls back to demo stations.

## Query parameters

- `x_api_key` string, nullable

## Request body

- PairsRequest: Request active station pairs near a location.
  - `lat` number, required: Latitude in decimal degrees
  - `lon` number, required: Longitude in decimal degrees
  - `radius_km` number: Search radius in km (max 500)
  - `max_pairs` integer: Maximum number of pairs to return
