Report current batch processing status for interferometry pipeline.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing). Requires authentication.
Returns status of daily CCF computation and Vs30 map updates.
Queries real job database first, falls back to static summary.

- `x_api_key` string, nullable
