Perform delay-and-sum beamforming on an infrasound array.

Discovers stations near the query location, forms an array,
and performs plane-wave parameter estimation to determine
signal back-azimuth and trace velocity.

Physics:
    For a plane wave arriving from back-azimuth theta with
    trace velocity v_tr, the time delay at sensor k is:
    tau_k = (x_k*sin(theta) + y_k*cos(theta)) / v_tr
