Get lightweight sonification parameters for real-time streaming.

Returns only essential audio parameters (frequency, amplitude, pan)
without full effects chain -- designed for low-latency polling.

- StreamParamsRequest: Request body for streaming sonification parameters.
  - `lat` number, required: Latitude (WGS-84)
  - `lon` number, required: Longitude (WGS-84)
  - `preset` string: Sonification preset
