Compute current normal mode spectrum from stacked RS network.

Fetches broadband noise from the specified RS stations, stacks
them for SNR enhancement, and computes the power spectral density
in the normal mode band (0.1-2.5 mHz). Identifies modes and
extracts ML features.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

    Duration of noise to stack (default 48).
apply_seasonal_correction : bool, optional
