Fetch real-time INTERMAGNET magnetometer data.

Returns magnetic field components (H, D, Z, F) from nearest observatory.

- MagnetometerRequest: Magnetometer data request.
  - `lat` number: Latitude in decimal degrees
  - `lon` number: Longitude in decimal degrees
  - `observatory_code` string, nullable: INTERMAGNET observatory code (e.g. 'BOU', 'FRD')
