Fetch superconducting gravimeter data from IGETS/GGP network.

- LatLonRequest: Standard lat/lon location request.
  - `lat` number, required: Latitude in decimal degrees (-90 to 90)
  - `lon` number, required: Longitude in decimal degrees (-180 to 180)
