# Confidence Multiplier

`POST /api/v1/cross/aquifer-ionosphere/confidence-multiplier`

Apply the AQT+FEW confidence multiplier to a base
confidence value at a given site.

NOTE: the underlying coupling failed its circular-shift null,
so the multiplier is pinned to 1.0 (see module docstring).

Returns the multiplier dict with fields:
  - base_confidence (input)
  - boosted_confidence (capped at 1.0)
  - multiplier (pinned to 1.0 while the null-fail stands)
  - joint_score (descriptive observable only)
  - applied (bool; True if multiplier > 1.0)
  - reason (human-readable explanation)

## Request body

- ConfidenceMultiplierRequest
  - `lat` number, required
  - `lon` number, required
  - `base_confidence` number, required: Base confidence in [0, 1] to be multiplied if AQT+FEW coupling co-fires at the site.
