Run aquifer-dv/v analysis for a specific USGS well site.

Fetches groundwater level data from USGS NWIS, generates or
retrieves dv/v data, and performs the full correlation analysis
including lag estimation, seasonal decomposition, storativity
estimation, and drought indicator.

Parameters
----------
site_code : str
    USGS groundwater monitoring site number.
days : int
    Number of days of data to analyse (default 730 = 2 years).
vs30_mps : float
    Background shear wave velocity (m/s, default 300).

- `site_code` string, required: USGS well site code (e.g. '403050111434901')
- `days` integer: Number of days of data to analyse (default 730)
