Run Universal Anomaly Detector analysis across 8 signal domains:
Seismic, Electromagnetic, Ionospheric, Atmospheric, Radio,
Space Weather, Biological/Behavioral, Quantum/RNG.

Returns the MEASURED readings per domain, with every unmeasured feature null and
named.  The composite score, alert level, per-domain anomaly scores, correlation
matrix and lag leaders are NOT served: reviewed 2026-10-14, each was computed from
unlike quantities within one snapshot (and from fills / upstream demo data), not
from a baseline -- see anomaly.cross_domain_engine.UAD_NOT_COMPUTED.
