## Request

Compute health risk assessment based on AQI and exposure.

Evaluates health risk for the specified population group and
exposure duration. Returns risk level, recommendations, and
maximum safe outdoor exposure time.

Parameters (JSON body):
- aqi: float -- US EPA AQI value (0-500)
- duration_hours: float -- Expected exposure duration (default 1.0)
- population_sensitivity: str -- 'general', 'children', 'elderly',
  'respiratory', or 'cardiac'

Alternative: provide pollutant concentrations and AQI will be computed.
- pm25, pm10, o3, no2, so2, co: float -- Raw concentrations
